Trade Finance Manager (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational steering, reporting, and analysis of key performance indicators and business cases.
  • Develop financial models and return on investment assessments for business initiatives, supporting decision-making through research and data analysis.
  • Facilitate operational reviews and manage the controlling processes within the operational and trade organization.
  • Encourage and advocate for innovative ideas, challenging established practices and presenting your insights to senior management within operations and finance.
  • Identify, establish, and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing our profitability management processes.

What You Bring

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a financial, commercial, or operations finance role.
  • A solution-oriented analytical mindset with strong business acumen, forward-thinking, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Attention to detail while maintaining a focus on overarching objectives.
  • Ability to translate strategic concepts into quantitative metrics.
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and complex financial modeling; familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach, adaptable to a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in managing senior and cross-functional stakeholders in operations, finance, and business analytics, with the ability to effectively present and defend ideas.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
