Job Title: Senior Director of Real Estate Operations

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Global Real Estate Director on strategic property acquisitions and dispositions
  • Manage facility operations, construction projects, and workplace services across the EMEA region
  • Oversee budgeting, vendor contracts, and lease administration for the EMEA theater
  • Provide strategic real estate recommendations and operational support to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with architectural and design standards for corporate real estate projects
Qualifications

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Strong leadership skills in real estate and facilities management
  • Experience managing large-scale construction and development projects
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial reporting
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of corporate real estate experience
