Key Responsibilities- Project management, including bedarfsanalyse and quality management of IT solutions
- Administration and operation of our virtualized server landscape (Windows and Linux) and network components
- Global IT security, networks, and data centers (in-house and external)
- Site security, including video surveillance, firewalls, access control systems, VLANs, certificates, NAC, and locking systems
- Implementation of security policies and measures to protect against cyber threats
- Management of the ISMS and audit support for ISO27001
- Completed studies in computer science, Fachinformatiker, or equivalent professional training
- Several years of professional and project experience, preferably in a software company
- Experience in Active Directory (AD) / Group Policy Objects (GPOs), M365, Teams, OneDrive, and MDM with Intune
- Good knowledge of Active Directory, IT security, network technology, and backup
- Experience in virtualization (VMware), monitoring (PRTG), storage and backup concepts (Veeam), and firewalls (Sophos)
- Self-motivation, self-organization, and a structured, accurate working style
- Excellent knowledge of German and English in writing and speech
