Director of Quality and HSE Division Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) initiatives in Europe. As the Director of QHSE Division Europe, you will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices to promote a safe work environment and a zero-accident culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and develop the QHSE Team, providing guidance on best practices and Nordex QHSE processes.
- Promote process standardization, performance standards, and a preventive culture in the division.
- Ensure collaboration and alignment with stakeholders in regions and headquarters.
- Proactively improve our approach to HSE, in close cooperation with management, employees, and their representatives.
- Monitor and execute quality assurance in regions in line with corporate standards.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
- More than 10 years of work experience in the wind industry or a comparable industry with QHSE requirements.
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing quality, health, safety, and environmental programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
