About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Berlin. As a key player, you will be responsible for ensuring we achieve our ambitious hiring goals while helping us to re-shape the way we think, work, and collaborate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit top tech talents who are critical to ensure Doctolib delivers an ambitious product roadmap to transform healthcare.
  • Develop and execute talent attraction strategies to drive our TA Tech teams' recruitment efforts.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including stakeholder briefing, sourcing, assessment, and closing.
  • Drive expectation-setting conversations and leverage data to be a strategic talent partner to our tech leaders.
  • Engage and coach hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Advocate for candidates to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Focus on recruitment operational excellence by leveraging our tools to enhance funnel metrics, speed metrics, quality of hire metrics, candidate experience feedback, and diversity metrics.
  • Collaborate with our global talent acquisition team to up-level hiring from a quality, quantity, and candidate experience perspective.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.
  • Experience working with a high-growth staff plan in a KPI-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate a compelling vision.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and advise senior leaders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-first approach.
  • User-first attitude with the ability to listen to and understand the needs and perspectives of stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform healthcare.
  • Full proficiency in English and French.
