Job Summary

The Customer Technical Compliance Manager will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of a comprehensive technical compliance program. This individual will work closely with our sales and solutions engineering teams to ensure that our clients' technical compliance needs are met, and that our data center services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical compliance processes and procedures to ensure that our data center services meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with our sales and solutions engineering teams to understand client technical compliance needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work with our internal stakeholders to ensure that our data center services are designed and delivered to meet the highest standards of technical compliance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their technical compliance needs and provide regular updates on our compliance program.
  • Identify and mitigate technical compliance risks associated with our data center services.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that our team members understand the importance of technical compliance and are equipped to meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in designing critical infrastructure or data centers will be strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with and present information to the team and clients.
  • Orientation to detail with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
