We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner to join our Insights department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic IT environment characterized by teamwork and mutual respect.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Provide guidance during the planning, design, and implementation phases, ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Consulting Services: Deliver expert consulting to internal teams and platform users on ServiceNow best practices and implementation strategies.
- Configuration and Customization: Tailor the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business processes and requirements.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations and processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow vendors to stay updated on new releases and obtain necessary support.
- Performance Monitoring: Oversee platform performance, identify inefficiencies, and optimize system resources.
- Security Management: Enforce security best practices and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Contract Management: Understand ServiceNow licensing and assist in contract amendment preparations.
- Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for all ServiceNow-related communications.
Qualifications
- Degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent IT experience.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting (JavaScript), and web technologies.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems for seamless data flow.
- Proven ability to design workflows and automate business processes using ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of security policies and the ability to conduct audits.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects using agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Fluency in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
