Process and Project Management Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process and Project Management Lead to join our team at ARLANXEO. As a key member of our Procurement organization, you will be responsible for driving quality and excellence in our procurement processes and supplier management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality and Compliance: Develop and implement comprehensive quality requirements and ensure they are integrated into our procurement processes and procedures.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our procurement quality systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Alignment: Ensure that our procurement processes are aligned with and support our company's broader Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals and objectives.
  • Tool Evaluation: Identify, evaluate, and recommend tools or IT solutions to support our procurement quality programs.
  • Supplier Management: Develop processes, procedures, and tools to manage our supplier quality management program, including requirements and processes related to supplier integrity due diligence.
  • Implementation and Training: Drive the implementation of supplier quality assurance and control processes throughout the procurement cycle and train our organization and internal stakeholders on processes and procedures related to supplier management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in supplier management and demonstrate compliance by implementing and tracking KPIs.
  • ESG Initiatives: Lead ESG-related initiatives within Procurement and serve as the primary point of contact with our Sustainability group.
  • EcoVadis Reporting: Manage EcoVadis annual reporting requirements for Procurement, translate EcoVadis results into opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans to close gaps and improve our overall EcoVadis score.
Requirements
  • Education: College/university undergraduate degree
  • Experience: Experience developing and managing global initiatives or projects in a multinational company, with commercial experience in sales or procurement preferred
