Your Responsibilities

  • You will manage the entire sales process and be responsible for closing contracts with large practices.
  • You will play a crucial role in our revenue (MRR), activities, and thus the growth in your region.
  • You will collaborate closely with the Go-to-Market team and Sales Excellence to identify new growth opportunities.

Your Profile

To become part of our team, you should possess the following:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Previous experience in field sales.
  • Fluency in German at a native level.

Additionally, we find the following particularly interesting:

  • Familiarity with the German healthcare system and experience in the e-health sector.
  • Experience communicating at the C-level and understanding how to engage with relevant stakeholders.

The Interview Process

  • Interview with your Talent Partner (remote - 45 minutes).
  • Interview with the Hiring Manager and Team Lead from the department (remote - 60 minutes).
  • DoctoDay - spend a day with your future team to gain initial insights into the role of Lead Sales Executive.
  • At least one reference check.
