As a leading global market player in the measurement technology industry, Helmut Fischer Global develops high-quality products for coating thickness measurement, material analysis, material testing, and microhardness with over 700 employees worldwide.
Our Sales and Service Team
The Sales and Service department, comprising over 50 employees, is not only responsible for sales and customer service but also covers important supporting areas such as customer service, marketing, and applications laboratory. Our focus is on providing comprehensive technical advice and customer satisfaction, with short decision-making processes and exciting tasks.
Your Role
We are looking for a service-oriented individual who enjoys customer contact and can maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Being the primary point of contact for customers regarding our products and services
- Representing the company in direct customer contact
- Providing telephone support and advice to customers on various service-related matters, such as offers, orders, returns, invoices, or complaints
- Negotiating and documenting service orders using the SAP system
- Creating service offers, cost estimates, and repair reports, as well as preparing service orders for billing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A commercial or technical education with further training in the commercial field
- Experience in the service sector, preferably in the manufacturing industry or similar sectors
- Strong customer and service orientation, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for daily customer contact
- Interest in measurement technology and technical products
- Basic knowledge of SAP, S/4 HANA, and the CS module is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM and ticket systems, as well as knowledge of SAP C4C Sales Cloud is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Teamwork skills and composure in stressful situations
- Excellent German language skills and good English language skills
