Customer Experience Representative

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Customer Experience team at Mercedes-Benz AG. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process individual customer and visitor inquiries from around the world regarding our plant tours.
  • Collaborate with the Center Management team and adjacent work areas to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate and manage service providers and agencies to ensure smooth plant tour operations.
  • Develop, refine, and introduce processes and standards to provide the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute knowledge from your studies to enhance our customer experience.
  • Assist in creating presentation and communication documents for management.
  • Participate in the further development and optimization of our online booking system for plant tours.
  • Operate the customer center hotline.
  • Welcome and care for conference guests.
  • Process individual conference inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration with a focus on event management, marketing, and corporate communications or a comparable course of study.
  • Experience in dealing with customers and visitors.
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills.
  • Confident and well-groomed appearance.
  • Brand affinity.
  • Strong customer and service orientation.
  • Eloquence and strong communication skills.
