Position Overview
This is a pivotal moment to contribute to Remote's mission in the global employment landscape as the Director within our Revenue Operations division. You will oversee the comprehensive Revenue Technology Framework and its associated processes and policies. We seek a dynamic, collaborative, and proactive leader to enhance operational excellence and efficiency across our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the management and optimization of our technology stack, including platforms such as Salesforce, Leandata, and Outreach, to empower our GTM teams with a competitive edge.
- Implement business requirements and policies effectively to drive operational success.
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Revenue Operations and Sales Leadership to provide strategic insights and tactical execution aimed at improving sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in leading technology and business analyst teams within Revenue Operations, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong project management capabilities, adept at juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Expertise in managing and motivating teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance while remaining hands-on when necessary.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset, capable of collaborating with GTM leaders to develop and implement successful strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of key sales tools and technologies, ensuring effective deployment and management.
- Innovative and proactive approach to enhancing processes and workflows for GTM teams.
- Analytical skills to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with experience in change management.
- Fluency in English is required.
Technology Management
- Ensure the integrity and continuous improvement of our CRM platform.
- Oversee the selection and maintenance of tools and systems utilized in revenue operations.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and integration to enhance data accuracy and reporting.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to maximize tool usage and productivity among sales teams.
Process Development
- Design and implement comprehensive sales processes and documentation.
- Establish policies to ensure compliance and data integrity across all sales operations.
- Collaborate with sales leaders on significant change initiatives to ensure alignment with process and tool strategies.
Team Development
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts and technology experts, providing professional development opportunities.
- Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide constructive feedback.
