Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Data Insights Analyst. In this role, you will be instrumental in navigating Agile/Scrum frameworks, leading collaborative sessions to generate comprehensive documentation, refining product backlogs, and outlining workflows while documenting processes to enhance our iterative delivery approach.

As a member of the Commercial Systems & Intelligence team, you will work closely with Scrum team members, including Developers, QA, Scrum Master, and Product Manager. You will also engage with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders, actively contributing to the wider Business Analysis community.

Your contributions will be crucial as we strive to transform the labor market to benefit all individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recognize challenges in novel and ambiguous environments, showcasing the significance of a Data Insights Analyst.
  • Strategize and implement analyses to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders to collect requirements, focusing on a high level of detail within our data domain.
  • Document requirements, processes, and system analyses with the appropriate level of detail.
  • Develop use cases to support analysis and clarify modifications.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with projects involving extensive datasets and reporting.
  • Proficient in discussing and conveying abstract data concepts.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Strong and clear communicator with a track record of influencing perspectives and opinions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust with stakeholders at all levels.

Language Proficiency

English is our primary language, and this position necessitates a Business Fluent level.
