Semdor Pharma Group GmbH ist eine führende Pharmagruppe in Europa, die sich auf Betäubungsmittel und medizinisches Cannabis spezialisiert hat. Wir bieten europäischen Großhändlern, Lieferanten und Apotheken marktführende Dienstleistungen im Bereich Import, Handling, Verpackung und Formulierung von Produkten an.

Wir suchen einen Senior Data Analyst mit Schwerpunkt Business Intelligence (Power BI) für unseren Standort in Köln oder Meerbusch bei Düsseldorf.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung geschäftsspezifischer Analysen zur Auswertung von Chancen und Risiken, stets im Fokus auf unsere strategischen Ziele.
  • Konsolidierung relevanter Daten für abteilungsübergreifende Analysen und Reportings.
  • Entwicklung benutzerfreundlicher und zielgruppengerechter Monitoring-Dashboards zur Steuerung operativer Einheiten. Dazu gehören klassische KPI-Dashboards sowie Customer Experience und Kampagnen-Performance-Reports.
  • Visualisierung von Analyseergebnissen und Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen.
  • Beitrag zur Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Power BI-Anwendungen und -Analysen, um fundierte Entscheidungen des Managements zu ermöglichen.
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (> 5 Jahre) mit Know-how in den Bereichen Datamodellierung, Datenaufbereitung, Datentransformation und Datenanalyse sowie Affinität für datengetriebene Entscheidungen.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Power BI / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central und grundlegende SQL-Kenntnisse.
  • Zahlenaffine und selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit zielorientierter Arbeitsweise und guter Auffassungsgabe.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel.
