Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Business Intelligence Analyst, der unsere Datenanalysen und -visualisierungen weiterentwickelt und verbessert. Als Teil unseres BI-Teams werden Sie an der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Geschäftsprozessen mitwirken.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Analysieren und visualisieren Sie komplexe Datenmengen, um Geschäftschancen und -risiken zu identifizieren
  • Entwickeln und implementieren Sie Datenmodelle und -visualisierungen, um Entscheidungsprozesse zu unterstützen
  • Kooperieren Sie mit den Fachbereichen und dem BI-Team, um Geschäftsprozesse zu optimieren und zu standardisieren
  • Erarbeiten Sie Anforderungsspezifikationen und Konzepte für die Umsetzung von BI-Lösungen
  • Verantworten Sie die Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von BI-Projekten
  • Schulen und unterstützen Sie unsere Anwender im Umgang mit den BI-Lösungen
Stellenanforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse und Datenanalyse
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Geschäftsanforderungen zu verstehen und umzusetzen
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen BI-Tools (z.B. MS Power BI oder Qlik Sense) und Notationen wie UML, BPMN
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungskraft
