We are seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to become a vital part of our Sales Team as we expand our global presence. Your established skills will be essential in achieving remarkable sales performance across various segments of the German market.

Doctify is an international health review platform that empowers patients to make secure and informed decisions about their healthcare options.

Since our inception, we have supported over 50 million patients with their health and social needs, while partnering with numerous doctors, dentists, and healthcare facilities across five global markets. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth, enhance customer retention, and acquire new clients.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while developing and nurturing your sales pipeline and network.
  • Conduct thorough research and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to medical practices, hospitals, and clinics.
  • Surpass monthly sales targets and KPIs with the backing of your manager and the entire team.
  • Become proficient in the Doctify product and establish yourself as a thought leader in the HealthTech sector.

About You

  • You are fluent in German and possess strong English language skills.
  • You have 9-12 months of sales experience (preferably in B2B or SaaS).
  • You exhibit excellent communication skills and are comfortable with telephone, virtual, and face-to-face outreach; persistence is essential.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment and are adaptable to the changes that come with a growing organization.
  • You approach challenges with a positive mindset and are always looking for effective solutions.
