About the Role

The Sales Development Representative will play a pivotal role in developing our sales pipeline, working closely with the Account Executive, Marketing, and Partnership teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish relationships with decision-makers through active, confident, and friendly communication.
  • Act as a consultant to potential customers, identifying their current challenges and helping them understand how Personio can support them.
  • Proactively research and identify new customers, developing personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Development and Account Executive teams to drive sales growth.

Requirements

  • Market insight and understanding of the Swiss market.
  • Sales acumen, preferably with prior experience in B2B sales.
  • Tech enthusiasm and ability to effectively work with software products.
  • Effective communication skills, with fluency in German (C2 level) and English (B1+ level).
  • Educational background in Economics, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
