Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate support initiatives for participants
  • Facilitate the transition of individuals to further educational opportunities
  • Establish and nurture trustworthy relationships with participants
  • Assist participants in developing life and career goals
  • Provide support during challenging situations
  • Conduct training sessions focused on behavioral improvement
  • Offer regular consultation hours for participants
  • Collaborate with participants to set and achieve personal goals
  • Gather information to work with external partners (e.g., addiction and debt counseling services)
  • Guide participants in applying for social assistance programs

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in social pedagogy, special education, or a related field
  • Experience in coaching or guidance roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Familiarity with local support systems
  • Intercultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Passion for working with a diverse range of individuals
  • Affiliation with a Christian community is preferred
