Your Role:
As a Sales Executive for Regional Markets, you will embark on a dynamic journey where exploring new territories and embodying a sales-driven mindset are essential for success. Join our dedicated sales team, where your passion for sales, ability to identify opportunities, and commitment to achieving targets will be invaluable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and advise our travel agency partners while enhancing their knowledge of our offerings.
- Develop local sales strategies based on data analysis and implement marketing and sales activities.
- Drive the expansion of the sales network and acquire new partners, while promoting group business growth.
- Plan and execute customer events, including presentations and product training.
What You Bring:
- Completed vocational training in tourism or a related field.
- Several years of experience in the tourism sector, preferably in field sales.
- Knowledge of the regional tourism landscape and cruise market is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, solution-focused, and highly motivated.
- Ability to navigate complex market environments.
- Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Valid driving license.
