Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing tech team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive in-person end-user support for both tools and hardware, as well as remote support to employees in other countries and regions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to software and hardware
- Develop and implement effective solutions to improve the overall user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field of solar energy
- Contribute to the development of the company's IT strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with the management team to identify and prioritize IT projects
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in the development of training programs for end-users
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technology service desk support
- Ability to demonstrate design thinking methodology
- Experience working in fast-growing start-up environments is a plus
- Understanding and management experience with Tech tooling stacks, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Atlassian, and MDM tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English and German language proficiency (C1/C2)
