Your responsibilities
Handle service requests in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East, Africa) as second level supportAnalyse and solve technical problems, also on customer's siteConduct technical training courses for the technical support staff in EMEA Provide customer support for the application of instrument-specific softwareTake care of escalation and complaint management in cooperation with affiliates, our Japanese headquarters and suppliersPrepare and revise technical documentationDevelopment and establishment of new procedures for standardizing device settings in the fieldYour profile
Degree in medical technology or comparable educationYou bring 1-2 years experience in technical support as well as with conceptualizing and conducting training coursesYou have profound expertise in electrical and medical engineering as well as IT basicsYou have a confident and professional appearance as well as strong customer orientation and the ability to motivate You have independent working skills, communication skills and you are open minded You bring profound English skills written and verbalOur benefits
