Stellenbeschreibung

Der Strategic People Partner (SPP) ist verantwortlich für die Ausrichtung der Unternehmensziele im Bereich Personal und Kultur mit der Talentstrategie. Diese Position fungiert als Berater für die Führungsebene in Bezug auf talentmanagementbezogene Themen. Der SPP bildet Partnerschaften innerhalb der HR-Funktion und der Organisation, um einen wertschöpfenden Service für das Management und die Mitarbeiter zu bieten, der die Unternehmensziele widerspiegelt.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Engagieren Sie sich mit zugewiesenen Führungskräften in den Geschäftseinheiten, um Prioritäten zu verstehen und die Talentstrategie zu entwickeln, die diese Prioritäten mit der HR-Strategie verknüpft.
- Entwerfen und implementieren Sie Change-Management- und Organisationsentwicklungsstrategien, beeinflussen und unterstützen Sie organisatorische Veränderungsinitiativen zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsstrategien.
- Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Unterstützung im Bereich Personal und Kultur angemessen für das Management und die Mitarbeiter bereitgestellt wird, und identifizieren Sie neue Möglichkeiten, wie das Talentmanagement Mehrwert schaffen kann, während Sie stets über strategische Themen im Talentbereich informiert bleiben.
- Verstehen und vertreten Sie die Bedürfnisse der Mitarbeiter, überwachen Sie geschäftliche Entscheidungen in Bezug auf Personal und beraten Sie die Geschäftsführung zu unserer Unternehmenskultur.
- Wenden Sie das Leistungsmanagement effektiv an, um eine Hochleistungskultur zu schaffen. Managen und lösen Sie komplexe Probleme im Bereich Mitarbeiterbeziehungen durch effektive, gründliche und objektive Untersuchungen.
- Wenden Sie Praktiken im Bereich Mitarbeiterbeziehungen und Beschäftigung an, um ein positives, ethisches und effektives Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen.
- Verstehen, kommunizieren und wenden Sie Strategien im Bereich Personal und Kultur in Partnerschaft mit Vergütung, Leistungen, Lernen und Entwicklung sowie Talentakquise an.
- Analysieren Sie Trends und Kennzahlen, um Lösungen, Programme und Richtlinien zu entwickeln.
- Geben Sie Anleitung und Input zu Team-/Geschäftsrestrukturierungen, Personalplanung und Nachfolgeplanung.
- Identifizieren Sie Schulungsbedarfe für Mitarbeiter, Teams und Möglichkeiten für Executive Coaching.
- Leiten Sie die Einstellung, das Management und die Karriereentwicklung der unterstellten Mitglieder des Teams im Bereich Personal und Kultur.
- Bieten Sie Führung, Inspiration und Coaching für das Team.

Diese Position ist für Kandidaten mit Wohnsitz in Europa als Remote-Arbeitsplatz eingerichtet.

Englischkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sind unerlässlich, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.

Qualifikationen

Ausbildung:
- Ein Bachelor-Abschluss ist erforderlich, außergewöhnliche Erfahrungen werden jedoch ebenfalls berücksichtigt.

Erfahrung:
- Mindestens 7 Jahre Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld im Bereich Human Resources mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen. Erfahrung in einem breiten Spektrum von HR-Bereichen ist ideal.

Funktionale/technische Kenntnisse, Fähigkeiten und erforderliche Fähigkeiten:

CIPD oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss wird bevorzugt.
