We are collaborating with a prominent global market research firm seeking a Client Relationship Manager to oversee their portfolio of FMCG clients in Germany. This position is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in the German headquarters, offering a hybrid work model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the new Client Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with managing and expanding an established portfolio of accounts primarily within the FMCG sector.
- Maintain and enhance existing client relationships throughout Germany
- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the current client base
- Travel to meet clients in person, approximately 30% of the time
- Deliver on-site advisory services to clients
- Achieve and surpass sales objectives
- Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the FMCG industry

Your Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Previous exposure to or interest in market research and market intelligence is preferred
- Familiarity with FMCG and marketing is advantageous

- Fluency in both German and English
- Willingness to travel (30%)
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background is preferred
