Regional Sales Manager - Bavaria (Germany)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In Europe, our company maintains a robust presence in the industrial and commercial building sector. Our product range is characterized by a variety of standard products and accessories, with options for customization. This role focuses on South Germany (Bavaria) and involves regular travel for client engagements.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Closing deals by effectively utilizing the Sales Process.
  • Developing sales strategies.
  • Managing your portfolio to ensure proper segmentation of prospects and customers, facilitating relevant marketing communications.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction to foster ongoing collaboration, particularly after successful demand creation.
  • Collaborating closely with channel partners in your area, including joint visits and product training for customers.
  • Utilizing CRM tools on a daily basis to track activities, sales funnels, and customer interactions.
  • Providing feedback on improvement opportunities regarding the product portfolio and sales tools to the Sales Manager, while focusing on core responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Ability to work from a home office.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Resilience and a proactive approach are essential.
