We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) for a leading diabetes care product in the Nuremberg/Fürth/Bamberg area.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage in effective discussions regarding a cutting-edge diabetes management portfolio, focusing on maximizing sales of our Flash Glucose Monitoring system.
  • Foster existing client relationships while actively seeking new customers through regular field visits aligned with sales targets.
  • Assist in the preparation and launch of new products and technologies within the designated region.
  • Support the management of regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Collaborate with management to devise strategies for acquiring and retaining key customers.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis.
  • Organize and implement product training sessions within the territory.
  • Ensure daily reporting through the CRM system and execute all administrative tasks accurately and promptly.

Your Profile

Completed studies in a business or scientific field or an equivalent qualification.

Alternatively, certification as a pharmaceutical sales representative (IHK) and/or diabetes consultant or nutritionist is acceptable.

Several years of proven success as a sales representative in the medical technology, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sectors.

Ideally, familiarity with the diabetes sector and local market dynamics.

Strong sales acumen coupled with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Flexibility and exceptional active listening skills.

Proficient in German and possess good English language skills.
