Job DescriptionWe are seeking a driven Founder's Associate who will play a central role in our startup's growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, driving user growth, and owning customer accounts.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Strategically developing our business model and executing business development tasks
- Driving user growth and revenue expansion
- Collaborating with the founders to achieve business objectives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A hands-on approach with an entrepreneurial spirit
- At least 1 internship in sales or business development
- Excellent communication skills, ideally in German
- Experience in the craft or construction sector, or a background in business development or sales
