About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Creator Manager to join our team at SongPush. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing the most relevant creators for our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creator Goals and KPI Planning
    • Work with our Head of Creators to define and iterate monthly and yearly goals for Indie Creator acquisition and retention
  • Creator Acquisition
    • Identify and categorize relevant creators using data-driven insights
    • Design and execute a lean acquisition funnel to maximize creator engagement
    • Monitor the acquisition process using our CRM systems
    • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new creators
  • Creator Retention
    • Develop and execute several creator retention strategies to increase long-term engagement
    • Establish effective communication channels with creators to foster strong relationships
    • Engage creators with offers and campaigns to drive revenue growth
    • Create robust support systems for creators via WhatsApp to ensure timely support
    • Establish long-lasting connections with our top talent to drive repeat business
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven experience managing relationships with creators
    • Deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the creator economy and the advertising industry
    • Experience with tools like WhatsApp Business, Lemlist, Braze, or Beehiv
    • Background in personalized outreach and lead generation
    • Experience with email sequences and contract negotiation
  • Personal Qualities
    • Absolute A-player with an outstanding personality
    • High affinity for social platforms and speaking the language of creators
    • High interest and knowledge of social media trends
