Your Role:
In this position, you will report to the Head of Commercial Operations, acting as the liaison between commercial and manufacturing sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective management of the aircraft slot allocation process within the Sales and Production Matching (SPM) framework. You will work in close collaboration with various departments at Lilium, including commercial, manufacturing, program, and engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the collection, maintenance, and quality assurance of customer aircraft slot allocations using our CRM system.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery date assignments in line with contractual commitments.
- Communicate delivery updates to the Aircraft Delivery Manager for respective customer accounts.
- Develop and maintain commercial planning scenarios to enhance delivery volumes and meet annual and quarterly objectives.
- Identify potential delivery risks and propose mitigation strategies, providing tailored risk assessments for customers.
- Manage the governance of the commercial risk register and its associated processes.
- Serve as the primary contact within the commercial team for all short-term Sales and Production Matching (SPM) matters.
- Enhance the commercial delivery planning process to proactively address customer constraints.
- Prioritize aircraft deliveries in accordance with contractual obligations and the broader commercial context, offering strategic guidance to management.
- Support the digital transformation initiatives within the commercial organization and implement process enhancements related to slot allocation and reporting.
- Provide regular updates and forecasts to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain internal Commercial Guidelines documentation and manage the division's SharePoint.
Your Profile:
- Experience in aviation or manufacturing slot allocation or sales and production matching is essential.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Proven ability to build consensus and deliver complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Adaptable problem-solver, capable of navigating dynamic situations and shifting priorities.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to drive change and implement improvements.
- Strategic planning expertise, with a track record of identifying and executing process enhancements.
- A Master's degree in business or engineering-related fields is preferred.
