ESMC represents our shared commitment to strengthening the European semiconductor ecosystem.To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate (m/f/d):TasksDepending on your background and the operational needs, responsibilities may include:Process Integration EngineeringDevelop and optimize integration flows for advanced semiconductor technologiesInterface with process, device, and design teams to drive yield improvementsAnalyze electrical test and defect data to identify integration issuesProcess EngineeringDefine, control, and improve semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition)Drive process development for new products and technologiesConduct DOEs and use statistical tools to ensure process stability and capabilityEquipment EngineeringInstall, qualify, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipmentPartner with vendors for troubleshooting and performance optimizationMonitor tool performance and lead equipment upgrades or retrofits2. Fluency in German, English, and Chinese (both spoken and written).3. Willing to travel to Taiwan for the on job training.4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.6. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.7. Exposure to multicultural teams or international projects.8.
