We develop robust technologies and ensure stability and quality through early deviation detection, fast root cause analysis, and sustainable corrective actions across the entire production cycle.

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Take ownership of the Device Process Integration module
  • Evaluate and ensure device requirements during front-end wafer production for CMOS technologies
  • Contribute to overall process integration concepts by analyzing change requirements and defining improvement projects
  • Define and implement electrical parameter sets to ensure effective technology monitoring and reliable customer delivery
  • Analyze and solve complex technology challenges to enhance front-end performance and stability
  • Ensure technology alignment and synchronization across multiple production sites
  • Collaborate closely with product engineering, unit process experts, product design, and technology development teams throughout the technology lifecycle
  • Support model-to-hardware comparisons and assess deviations

technical expert
and trusted advisor within cross-functional teams, taking initiative and guiding others through your expertise — while staying open to different perspectives that help achieve the best solution.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

  • A PhD or Master's/Diploma in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field in Microelectronics
  • Ideally, experience in Device Physics, Volume Data Analysis, Statistical Methods, and Design of Experiments (DoE)
  • Solid understanding of Front-End Wafer Technology Processes
  • Preferably experience in cross-functional and multicultural collaboration
  • Very good command of English and German
