About ESMC European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is a joint venture between four technology leaders, TSMC, Bosch, Infineon and NXP, to establish a state-of-the-art semiconductor fab in the heart of Europe. To help us build the foundation of our future fab in Dresden, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate (m/f/d): Trilingual Module Engineer Tasks Depending on your background and the operational needs, responsibilities may include: Process Integration Engineering Develop and optimize integration flows for advanced semiconductor technologies. Interface with process, device, and design teams to drive yield improvements. Analyze electrical test and defect data to identify integration issues. Process Engineering Define, control, and improve semiconductor fabrication processes (e.g., lithography, etch, deposition). Drive process development for new products and technologies. Conduct DOEs and use statistical tools to ensure process stability and capability. Equipment Engineering Install, qualify, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Partner with vendors for troubleshooting and performance optimization. Monitor tool performance and lead equipment upgrades or retrofits. Profile 1. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Germany. 2. Fluency in German, English, and Chinese (both spoken and written). 3. Willing to travel to Taiwan for the on job training. 4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment. 7. Exposure to multicultural teams or international projects. 8. Experience in a high-volume semiconductor fab or R&D facility is a plus. Language Skills: Fluent in English, German, Mandarin Chinese. Communication style: Concise, data driven manner. Personal Attributes: Self-starter, highly organized, result driven, able to work independently and operate under pressure and handle tight deadlines. Displays strong intercultural awareness and interpersonal, and facilitation skills. Passion for technology and for leading and developing teams. Flexibility to work in a dynamic start-up environment. Open-minded, curious, and ready to learn something new every day. Training/Onboarding : Onboarding starts 1st of October 2025. Willingness to spend a minimum of 12 months in Taiwan for the training.
