Over the past 25 years, IMAGO has successfully established itself as the market leader in Germany and is constantly evolving to meet the dynamic global market demands. We are looking for a motivated, curious intern with strong communication skills to join our International Sales team and support our business development, with immediate effect. This is a paid 4-6 months internship.

Tasks
  • Maintain and update customer information in CRM.
  • Track customer interactions and communications.
  • Research existing accounts to understand needs and opportunities.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling chances.
  • Support Account Managers in proposal preparation and contract management.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate across teams for timely customer issue resolution.
  • Conduct market and competitive research, support account-specific initiatives, and manage projects under senior guidance.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German and English (professional working proficiency in both languages is a plus)
  • Understanding of basic sales cycle and terminologies
  • Good understanding or will to learn and adapt to a B2B Sales environment
  • Background or basic understanding of image, media and/or sports industry
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Knowledge of different sport leagues, teams, associations would be an added benefit
