Hagius is a health club redefining the connection between movement, neuroscience, and holistic well-being. We are looking for a Membership Growth & Sales Director to establish and lead a high-performance membership sales strategy from the ground up. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the entire sales structure, drive significant revenue growth, and play a pivotal role in expanding the HAGIUS community. This is a high-impact leadership position where your success will be measured not just by sales and revenue, but by your ability to create a seamless customer journey, retain members, and establish HAGIUS as the leading wellness destination in Berlin. Please note: We are not looking for generalist sales professionals. We are specifically seeking someone with deep experience in luxury wellness, boutique fitness, or premium hospitality, someone who understands how to sell an experience, not just a product. Tasks • Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Create a structured and scalable B2C membership sales strategy to drive revenue growth and ensure long-term sustainability. • Develop Sales Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy to meet and exceed membership objectives. • Build Sales Infrastructure: Set up and Optimise a high-performance sales funnel that efficiently converts leads into paying members. • Conversion Focus: Implement a strategic approach to converting ClassPass and trial users into full-time members. • Member Retention & Engagement: Establish close relationships with members to ensure renewals, satisfaction, and word-of-mouth referrals. • Performance-Driven Approach: Consistently Analyse KPIs, fine-tune strategies, and implement initiatives that drive measurable results. • Brand Representation: Exemplify and convey Hagius’ core values, ensuring a superior experience for all members. Requirements • Proven B2C Sales Leader: 5+ years in luxury wellness, boutique fitness, or premium hospitality. • Deep understanding of retention strategy and member experience as the true engine of sustainable revenue. • Strong ability to build and optimize performance-based sales funnels and member lifecycle strategies. • A leader who thrives in high-expectation environments and wants to create something world-class from day one. • Someone with both tactical know-how and strategic vision — able to execute and lead with confidence.
