As the Founders Associate, you will be instrumental in supporting the founders in strategic initiatives, operational tasks, and decision-making processes. This role demands exceptional analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work closely with senior leadership. Tasks
- Directly assist the founders in strategic planning, research, and decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between the founders and internal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and ensure efficient information flow within the organization.
- Act as a Scrum assistant, helping to organize and facilitate Scrum meetings such as daily stand-ups, plannings, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Assist in project management, overseeing the progress of strategic initiatives and ensuring timely execution.
- Provide administrative assistance to multiple teams, including scheduling meetings, han, and handling correspondence.
- Plan and organize internal and external events or offsites, including logistics, venue selection,and technology setup.
- Help apply, manage and account for subsidy programs.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a founders associate, co-founder, management consultant, or business analyst, or similar role
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with proficiency at least at B2 or C1 level.
- Strong understanding of business processes and strategic planning.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Experience in managing budgets and accounting is a plus.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies; Scrum certification is a plus.
