Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary, values-driven
Co-founder
to join us in reshaping the global economic system. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help lead a purpose-driven business that blends
radical fairness, ethical entrepreneurship, and digital transformation
to empower people and the planet.

As Co-founder, you will work hand-in-hand with the founding team to
strategize, lead, and scale Wetopia
, while staying deeply aligned with our
core mission of equitable profit-sharing, environmental stewardship, and social justice
.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership
  : Shape and co-lead Wetopia's long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for systemic impact.
• Movement Building
  : Advocate for the Wetopian Business Model and represent Wetopia to partners, communities, media, donors and investors.
• Business Development
  : Lead efforts to attract and onboard local businesses, entrepreneurs, and collaborators aligned with our model.
• Operations & Scaling
  : Help design and scale our platform, ensuring it empowers customers, local businesses, social businesses, and employees equitably.
• Profit Redistribution Oversight
  : Guide and monitor the ethical distribution of profits as per the Wetopian Business Model.
• Digital Transformation
  : Drive digital innovation to support the growth and success of local businesses.
• Team Building
  : Attract, inspire, and grow a team that reflects our values of fairness, collaboration, and kindness.
