Wir suchen eine:n erfahrene:n Founding Engineer, der/die unser technisches Gründungsteam verstärkt und gemeinsam mit uns die nächste Entwicklungsstufe von clyr gestaltet. clyr ist eine modulare AI-Plattform für den Mittelstand. Unsere Software automatisiert Wissen, Prozesse und Entscheidungen in Unternehmen – individuell, sicher und direkt einsetzbar. Wir haben zahlende Kunden, validierten Problem-Fit, ein funktionierendes System und klare Go-to-Market-Strukturen. Im Produkt- und operativen Bereich ist das Team vollständig aufgestellt. Im technischen Bereich arbeiten wir bereits mit einem kleinen, hochqualifizierten Entwicklerteam an Architektur, Prototypen und ersten produktiven Komponenten. Jetzt suchen wir eine weitere technische Schlüsselfigur, die den Bereich Software-Architektur /-entwicklung verantwortet – mit der Option auf Co-Founder-Verantwortung. Aufgaben Als Founding Engineer verantwortest du die technische Architektur, Entwicklung und Skalierung der Softwareplattform. Du baust nicht „ein weiteres Tool“, sondern ein zentrales Betriebssystem für unternehmerische Intelligenz im Mittelstand. Du entscheidest mit, welche technischen Standards wir setzen – von Infrastruktur bis Agent-Logik. Du arbeitest eng mit dem bestehenden Team (Produkt, Sales, Operations) zusammen und bekommst vollständige Ownership über den technischen Bereich. Qualifikation 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Fullstack Developer (Produkt, nicht Projektgeschäft) Vorteilhaft sind Erfahrungen in unserm Tech-Stack: Python, FastAPI, Django und Next.js Erfahrung mit RAG-Architekturen, Embeddings, Agent-Frameworks (z. B. LangGraph) Sicherheit im Umgang mit Vektordatenbanken (Weaviate, Qdrant o.
