Mit dem ersten Medienschiff der Welt haben wir ein schwimmendes Büro geschaffen, das im Regierungsviertel Berlins unterwegs ist – immer am Puls der aktuellen Geschehnisse.

Aufgaben

Im Bereich Product & Operations werden die digitalen Angebote von The Pioneer entlang ihrer gesamten Wertschöpfungskette betreut: Von der Erarbeitung strategischer Maßnahmen für das Subscriber-Wachstum, über die technische Entwicklung neuer Features, bis hin zur Betreuung unserer Pioneers.Wir suchen am Standort Berlin, ab sofort und unbefristet, einen Operations-Allrounder mit Technikverständnis und Leidenschaft für den Kundenservice (m/w/d).

Du übernimmst die operative Steuerung unseres Customer Support-Teams, das täglich mit unseren Mitgliedern, den Pioneers, im Austausch steht.

  • Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zu unseren technischen Dienstleistern und sorgst dafür, dass bei Zahlung und Abrechnung der Mitgliedschaften alles rund läuft.
  • Du bist täglich selbst im 2nd und 3rd-Level aktiv und bearbeitest Kundenanfragen mit einem sehr hohen Qualitätsanspruch.
  • Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Team sicher, dass Workflows und Prozesse optimal aufgesetzt sind.
  • Du stehst im täglichen Austausch mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Redaktion, Marketing, Event und Business Development, um Austausch und Interaktion mit unseren Pioneers noch weiter voranzutreiben.
  • Du bringst kontinuierlich neue Ideen ein, wie wir die Kommunikation und Interaktion mit unseren Pioneers weiter verbessern und ausbauen können.
Qualifikation
  • Du bringst mindestens 1 Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung mit, bspw. als Customer Success-, Operations-, oder CRM-Manager, gerne im journalistischen Umfeld.
  • Du verfügst über eine stark ausgeprägte Kunden-/Kundinnen- und Nutzer-/Nutzerinnenorientierung und fühlst dich in der persönlichen Kundenkommunikation pudelwohl.
  • Du denkst analytisch und hast Lust darauf, unseren Kundenservice hands-on weiter auszubauen, inklusive prozessualer und technischer Fragestellungen.
  • Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit relevanten Tools, bspw. Zendesk, CRM-Software, Nutzerdatenbanken oder im Umgang mit Payment-Providern wie Stripe und PayPal.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und verfügst über sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksformen.
