Bei uns geht es darum, natürliche Schönheit zu betonen und Menschen ein gutes Gefühl zu geben. Unser Angebot reicht von Maniküre & Pediküre über Lash & Brow Lift bis hin zu Make-up und hochwertigen Pflegeprodukten. Wir suchen Unterstützung, um unsere Social-Media-Kanäle und unseren Online-Auftritt kreativ und modern weiterzuentwickeln. Aufgaben Du erstellst kreative Inhalte (Fotos, Videos & Texte) für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle (z. B. Instagram, ggf. TikTok) Du planst und pflegst einen Content- und Posting-Kalender: regelmässige Posts, Storys, ggf. Reels, Angebote, Aktionen etc. Du unterstützt bei Foto- oder Videoproduktionen im Studio — z. B. Beauty-Treatments, Ergebnisse, Before/After, Behind-the-Scenes. Du entwickelst Ideen für Kampagnen, Specials oder Aktionen (z. B. Rabattaktionen, Black-Friday, Produkte, Angebote) und setzt sie um. Du beobachtest Social-Media-Trends, achtest auf passende Tonalität und repräsentierst unsere Markenwerte: Vielfalt, Selbstliebe, Ästhetik, Authentizität. Optional: Interaktion mit Followern – Kommentare beantworten, Community-Pflege, Social Engagement. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Team zusammen — sowohl mit dem Studio-Team als auch mit denjenigen, die Produkte, Blog & Shop betreuen — um Content abzustimmen und unsere Marke einheitlich zu zeigen. Qualifikation Du bist immatrikulierter Student Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Ästhetik, Trends und Social Media. Fotografieren, Videografieren oder Content-Creation sind kein Neuland für dich. Du arbeitest zuverlässig, kreativ und selbstständig. Du bist flexibel, interessiert und offen für Beauty- / Lifestyle-Themen — idealerweise erste Erfahrung mit Social Media, Content, Fotos/Videos oder ähnlich. Du verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in Bild- und Videobearbeitung oder bist bereit, dich einzuarbeiten (z. B. Canva, Smartphone, ggf. Adobe o.ä.). Du hast Lust, Teil eines inklusiven, kreativen Teams zu sein, das Wert auf Vielfalt und Individualität legt. Benefits Flexible Arbeitszeiten neben deinem Studium (Werkstudent:innenstelle).
