Customer Service Agent (m/w/d) (befristet auf 1 Jahr)

Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Auftragserfassung und -abwicklung in SAP
  • Archivierung von auftragsrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Drucken und Versenden von Rechnungen
  • Bearbeitung von kostenfreien Lieferungen, Rücksendungen, Lastschriften und Gutschriften
  • Ansprechpartner für alle Belange und Reklamationen der Kunden in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den relevanten Abteilungen
  • Erfassen und Verfolgen von Kundenvorfällen im SAP / CRM System
  • Unterstützung der Vertriebsteams bei auftragsrelevanten Themen
  • Erstellen verschiedener Stammdaten-Formulare
  • Entgegennahme, Prüfung, Weiterleitung zur Genehmigung und Archivierung aller Anfragen zur Pflege von Kunden-, Preis- und Verkaufsstücklistenstammdaten
  • Pflege der Stammdaten im SAP basierend auf den genehmigten Anfragen
  • Kommunikation mit den betroffenen Parteien bezüglich Status der Stammdatenanfragen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Grifols Gesellschaften bezüglich der Pflege globaler Stammdaten
  • Regelmäßige Bereinigung der Stammdaten
  • Durchführen bestimmter Kontrollen (z.B. SOX, Open Orders, Nachlieferungen etc.) sowie Datenzusammenstellung für interne und externe Kontrollen und Audits
  • Unterstützung bei / Erstellen von SOPs, Work instructions und ähnlichen Dokumentationen

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Mindestens 2 – 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Kundendienst
  • Erfahrung in der Pharma-Industrie von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsstärke, insbesondere gegenüber Kunden
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Fähigkeit, sich gleichzeitig mit vielen internen und externen Anfragen zu befassen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
  • Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
  • SAP-Erfahrung in SD und MM-Modulen
  • CRM-Erfahrung von Vorteil
  • Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
