Über diese Position
Feniska sucht eine/n erfahrene/n Performance-Marketing-Spezialist/in, der/die sich für die Nutzung digitaler Kanäle begeistert. Diese Rolle ist ideal für jemanden mit Erfahrung in Copywriting, Community Building, Performance Marketing und E-Commerce-Strategien, insbesondere auf Plattformen wie Shopify.
Aufgaben- Kampagnenmanagement: Entwicklung, Durchführung und Optimierung von digitalen Marketingkampagnen auf verschiedenen Plattformen mit Fokus auf Meta Ads zur Maximierung des ROI.
- Community Building: Entwicklung von Konzepten zum Auf- und Ausbau unserer Community, z.B. ansprechende Text-, Bild- und Videoinhalte für unsere Social Media Accounts
- Copywriting: Verfassen von ansprechenden und überzeugenden Texten für Anzeigen, Landing Pages und andere Marketingmaterialien, um die Aufmerksamkeit der Zielgruppe zu gewinnen und Leads in Verkäufe umzuwandeln.
- E-Commerce-Optimierung: Nutzen Sie Ihre Erfahrung mit E-Commerce-Plattformen, insbesondere Shopify, um Produktlisten zu verbessern, Checkout-Prozesse zu optimieren und das allgemeine Einkaufserlebnis zu verbessern.
- Analytik und Reporting: Überwache die Kampagnenleistung und analysiere Daten, um Trends zu erkennen, Strategien anzupassen und den Beteiligten über die Ergebnisse zu berichten.
- Landing Page-Optimierung: Erstellung und Testen von Landing Pages innerhalb von Shopify, um sicherzustellen, dass sie für die Konversion optimiert sind, unter Berücksichtigung der besten Praktiken im Bereich UX/UI.
- Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produkt- und Vertriebsteams, um Marketingstrategien mit Geschäftszielen und Produkteinführungen abzustimmen.
- Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre im Performance Marketing und/oder Community Building, mit einem starken Hintergrund in digitaler Werbung und E-Commerce.
- Technische Fähigkeiten: Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Meta Ads, der Nutzung von E-Commerce-Plattformen wie Shopify und der Entwicklung optimierter Landing Pages.
- Copywriting Expertise: Herausragende Schreibfähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, überzeugende und zielgerichtete Marketinginhalte zu erstellen.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten: Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, mit Kenntnissen in Tools wie Google Analytics; Fähigkeit, Daten in umsetzbare Erkenntnisse zu verwandeln.
- Strategisches Denken: Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung strategischer Marketingpläne auf der Grundlage von Branchentrends und Leistungsmetriken.
- Teamzusammenarbeit: Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Kooperationsfähigkeiten, in der Lage, effektiv in verschiedenen Teams zu arbeiten.
- Fließendes Deutsch (C2) und Englisch erforderlich
