**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Together with our B2B marketing manager, you will develop and execute performance marketing strategies in all advertising channels e.g. social media and search engine to drive awareness, lead acquisition and conversion to our revenue engine.
- Monitor CRM report to identify retargeting opportunities and set up relevant re-engagement mechanics
- Together with the marketing team, conduct thorough audience research both externally and internally to identify target demographics and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
- Expertly manage SEA and social media ad campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), Twitter, and others.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content creators and designers, to develop compelling ad content and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies to maximize marketing opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure strong communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align marketing activities with lead generation and customer retention strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the B2B SaaS industry landscape and competitors.
**Who We Are Looking For**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing for both social media and search engine ads, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in setting up and managing ads on platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, Twitter, Google etc.
- Strong proficiency in conducting audience research and utilizing the insights to create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in French, German, or Arabic is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing analytics tools and platforms (Hubspot etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
