(Senior) Strategy Manager

We are a growing team looking for a (Senior) Strategy Manager to join our 'CEO Office' in Berlin.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a (Senior) Strategy Manager in the CEO Office, you will work on an exciting variety of strategic and operational topics. You will play an integral role within the CEO Office team, collaborating closely with sennder's Co-Founders, CEO and the entire Executive Team. Reporting to the Chief of Staff to the CEO, this position offers a unique opportunity to gain a 360° view of high-growth company operations while actively contributing to addressing challenges alongside internal and external senior leaders. Additionally, the role presents opportunities for future development within various departments (especially Strategy, Commercial or Finance teams).
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL…- Drive the identification, conceptualization, and execution of key priorities, to advance sennder’s strategic objectives and cross-functional projects
- Collaborate closely with sennder’s CEO and Executive Team, delivering tangible results from project conception through to implementation
- Be a driving force in orchestrating the successful integration of sennder’s acquisitions, assuming end-to-end responsibility for high-quality and on-time delivery
- Serve as a liaison between the founders and various stakeholders inside and outside sennder (e.g. board members and investors), ensuring clear communication and alignment on priorities
- Support sennder’s executives in maximizing their efficiency by preparing key meetings, including board meetings and strategy offsites
- Assist in the development of business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and other strategic documents
- Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities
- 5-7 years of experience navigating challenging and fast-paced environments, preferably at a top-tier management consulting firm or investment bank (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional projects or initiatives involving multiple different stakeholders; experience with large-scale transformation or post-merger integration programs a big plus
- First-hand experience leading small, high-performing teams (1-3 team members)
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate them into actionable insights; experience in quantitative modeling and analysis is a plus
- Strong bias towards action and results-oriented mindset, with a strategic plan to achieve objectives
- Proficiency in use of G-Suite or MS-Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
