Oxford Economics ist ein weltweit führendes Wirtschafts- Forschungs- und Beratungsunternehmen.

Als Teil einer klaren Wachstumsstrategie für die deutschsprachige und Osteuropäische Region hat Oxford Economics im Jahr 2015 das erste Büro in Deutschland eröffnet und sucht nach Möglichkeiten sein Team zu erweitern. Deshalb sind wir momentan auf der Suche nach einem Praktikanten (m/w/d) für das Business Development Team. Diese Person wird für die Vertriebsunterstützung des Teams, Generierung von Leads sowie die Vorbereitung von und Teilnahme an Meetings verantwortlich sein. Diese Stelle wird ein integraler Teil von Oxford Economics Wachstumsplänen für Kontinentaleuropa sein und bietet eine aufregende Gelegenheit Teil eines jungen und dynamischen Teams zu sein, mit der Möglichkeit nach Beendigung der Studienzeit in Vollzeit in das Unternehmen einzusteigen.

Aufgaben
  • Durch Marktanalyse, Schlüsselfirmen, sowie wichtige Personen innerhalb Firmen zu identifizieren und Leads und Verkaufslisten mit Kontakten aufzubauen
  • Organisation von Meetings für die Business Development Manager und, wo angemessen, diese zu besuchen
  • Unterstützung von Verkaufskampagnen- und Veranstaltungen für Oxford Economics Kunden und Interessenten
  • Suche nach neuen Leads und Interessenten durch LinkedIn und ähnlichem
  • Unterstützung des Teams, um sicherzustellen, dass Ziele erreicht und Upselling Chancen realisiert werden
  • Basiswissen der Serviceprodukte aneignen
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege der internen CRM-Tools
Qualifikation
  • Student, idealerweise innerhalb eines relevanten Bereiches (Economics, Business, Finance, Marketing) aber nicht verpflichtend
  • Deutsch oder Englisch als Muttersprache und fließend/zweisprachig in Deutsch/Englisch (andere Sprachen sind von Vorteil, z.B. Polnisch, Tschechisch, Niederländisch, etc. aber nicht verpflichtend)
  • Interesse an Sales und Business Development – frühere Erfahrung gesammelt durch Praktika oder erste Arbeitserfahrungen sind bevorzugt, aber nicht erforderlich
  • Interesse an Wirtschaft, Finanzmärkten und aktuellen Ereignissen
  • Unabhängiges Arbeiten und Organisationstalent ein Muss. Fähigkeit mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu leiten
  • Muss ein Team Player sein
  • Microsoft Word, Excel und PowerPoint Kenntnisse
Benefits
  • Praktikum würde idealerweise 3 bis 6 Monate andauern, kann aber auch kürzer sein, je nach Verfügbarkeit des Studenten
  • Praktikum kann sofort beginnen
  • Aufgrund aktueller Umstände würden wir uns freuen, wenn der Praktikant hybrid arbeiten würde. Falls der Praktikant nach Frankfurt ziehen möchte, können wir in Bezug auf Unterkünfte Unterstützung und Ressourcen anbieten. Aber es wäre hauptsächlich Sache des Studenten sich eine eigene Unterkunft zu suchen und zu finanzieren
  • Praktikum wird so vergütet, dass die Grundkosten der Unterkunft gedeckt werden
  • EU-Staatsangehörigkeit ist verpflichtend und fließend in Deutsch ist von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise soll der Student immatrikuliert sein und einen Krankenversicherungsnachweis vorlegen können
