Supplier Management Specialist - Life Sciences (w/m/d)
ab sofort in Teilzeit (20-30 Stunden).
Bei uns im Supplier Management spielst Du eine zentrale Rolle bei der Verwaltung und Optimierung unserer Lieferantenbeziehungen, um die effiziente und erfolgreiche Durchführung von Projekten sicherzustellen.
Aufgaben- Qualifizierung, Akquise und Onboarding neuer Lieferanten (Biobanken und klinische Forschungsinstitute)
- Pflege bestehender Lieferantenbeziehungen
- Optimierung der Lieferantenprozesse & laufende Kontrolle der Lieferantenqualität
- Freude an der direkten Kommunikation mit unseren Lieferanten (Emails, Video Calls, Telefonate)
- B.Sc. in Biologie, Biotechnologie, Molekularbiologie oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung als technische/r Assistent/in, erste Arbeitserfahrungen gern gesehen
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von menschlichen Bioproben
- Organisatorisch stark, durchsetzungsfähig und kommunikativ
- Englischkenntnisse auf hohem Niveau (C1), sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich. Deutschkenntnisse sind gerne gesehen.
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Software (hauptsächlich Excel), digitale Affinität
