Project Support Specialist

Alstom is a leading company in the mobility sector, and we're looking for a skilled Project Support Specialist to join our team. As a Project Support Specialist, you will work closely with the Project Manager to build and maintain a Project Reporting tool, ensuring timely project delivery and efficient use of resources.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a Project Reporting tool to track project progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to update the Project Management Plan and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute project reports to customers, lead units, and partners
  • Apply project scheduling processes to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, sharing best practices and schedule templates
  • Generate monthly and weekly reports to track project progress
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in project scheduling and project management
  • Knowledge of different scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
