We're seeking a Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The ideal collaborator excels in startup environments, is adept at prioritizing tasks independently, and embraces calculated risks. We're on a fast-paced trajectory and are not just seeking individuals to accompany us on the journey — we're looking for trailblazers.
Tasks- You are responsible for the pre-sales process from cold calling to prospecting and first calls.
- You identify potential B2B customers in the SaaS sector in Europe.
- You are familiar with best practices in sales, develop new sales strategies, and thereby increase our sales success.
- You find new distribution channels and partnership opportunities to expand our customer base.
- You conduct research and find new exciting opportunities to advance our business.
- You monitor the market and competitors to identify opportunities and trends.
- You define and monitor our KPIs to measure our successes.
- You are a friendly, open-minded, and communicative personality and a loyal team player.
- You have several years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B SaaS sector.
- You possess the ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- You bring self-motivation and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- You have experience in data-driven work and using KPIs for performance measurement.
- You speak fluent English and German
Please note that this position is preferably hybrid in Munich/Germany, and we offer relocation. However, we are open to remote candidates as well.
