KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Mail Coordination with Shared Service / Reception
- Organize archiving
- Support Accounting / Treasury / Tax work
- Supply material purchasing
- Organize Office space
- Plan and facilitate meetings (internal as well as external)
- General administration and administration of contracts
- Hosting guests
- IT tools / equipment and office organization
- Travel management and Expense reports
- Administration of local sharepoints / Intranet pages
- Organize trainings for the team
- Other services as required

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor degree or completed vocational education
- 3 - 5 years job professional experience
- Very good knowledge in MS-Office, especially PowerPoint und Excel
- Fluent in English German and other languages are appreciated
- Team oriented, sociable
- Good linguistic expression
- Interest in Financial tasks
