**Your tasks**:

- Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to improve GoStudent marketing.
- Create actionable insights with strong data storytelling and ensure data science models are well-understood and incorporated into business decisions.
- Develop attribution models, market mix models and forecasts to quantify the impact of marketing in driving commercial outcomes and increase marketing ROI.
- Identify and use appropriate analytical tools and technologies to interpret and verify results.
- Create reports and self-service dashboards for marketing teams.
- Analyze the performance of marketing across each channel, support in A/B testing and measurement and create comprehensive reports and actionable insights to drive efficiency and automation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to build data products to drive marketing automation.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase efficiency and improve SEO, paid media, marketing spend, channel strategy, lead generation, and general communication, processes, tools, and systems across the Marketing organization.
- Interface with executive marketing stakeholders to prioritize and present work and to meet expectations for timelines, accuracy, quality, and overall business impact.

**Who you are**:

- Degree in Applied Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or Marketing.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing, guiding, and coaching a team of Data Scientists / Analysts or performance marketing team.
- 6+ years experience in performance marketing, or marketing analytics.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, and programing languages e.g Python and advanced data mining algorithms.
