Der Portfoliobereich “Agile Operations and Cloud” besteht aus ca. 140 Mitarbeitenden aus Consulting, IT-Architektur, System und DevOps Engineering sowie Service-Management
- Gemeinsam sichert ihr die digitale Zuverlässigkeit und Resilienz der Geschäftsanwendungen unserer Kund*innen
- Die Services kombinieren Cloud-Beratung und Transition, Plattformarchitektur und -betrieb, sowie den zuverlässigen Betrieb der Geschäftsanwendungen unter Nutzung von agilen DevOps Vorgehen

Das erwartet dich als Head of Agile Operations and Cloud (m/w/d)
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Managementteams von neun disziplinarischen und fachlichen Leads inklusive der zugehörigen Personalprozesse
- Durch Vertrauen und Expertise entwickelst du deine Leads entsprechend ihren Stärken und der strategischen Ausrichtung des Portfolios weiter
- Du verantwortest den Gesamtgeschäftserfolg deines Bereichs inklusive Umsatz, Ergebnis und profitablem Wachstum
- Zudem verantwortest du die inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Projekt
- und Serviceleistungen mit den Schwerpunkten Cloud Transformation, Cloud Platform Services und Application Operation (Public und Private Cloud)
- Dafür baust du sukzessiv das Geschäft hin zu cloudbasierten Leistungen weiter aus
- Dein Ziel ist dabei auch, das erfolgreiche Großkundengeschäft, um mittelstandsgerechte Leistungen zu ergänzen
- Darüber hinaus stärkst du den übergreifenden DevOps-Gedanken und förderst neue Zusammenarbeitsmodelle mit Entwicklungspartnern

- Das bringst du in den Bereichen Cloud und IT Operations mit
- Langjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT Operations und Cloud
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Führung von (Management-) Teams sowie im Prozess-, Change
- und im Eskalationsmanagement
- Sichere Kommunikation in alle Managementebenen und überzeugende Präsentation komplexer Zusammenhänge
- Erfahrungen in und Leidenschaft für Projekte und Services basierend auf Cloudlösungen (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Open Telekom Cloud oder Google Cloud) sowie Freude an der Geschäftsentwicklung
- Souveräner Einsatz betriebswirtschaftlicher Steuerungs
- und Führungsinstrumente
- Freude am aktiven Networking mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Lösungsorientiertes und bereichsübergreifendes Denken sowie ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Kreativität und Entscheidungssicherheit
