**Customer Care Coordinator (all genders) in Teilzeit 20 Stunden**

**Dafür suchen wir Dich**:

- Mit unseren Kunden bist Du über diverse Kommunikationskanäle (z.B. E-Mail, Live Chat, Social Media) im ständigen Austausch, um deren Bedürfnisse zu erkennen und daraus Maßnahmen abzuleiten.
- Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Implementierung neuer Projekte.
- Du arbeitest eng mit den jeweiligen Schnittstellen zusammen und bist im ständigen Austausch.
- Die Pflege und Bedienung der Customer Care Tools, sowie die Erstellung von Reports und den Versand an die Führungskraft liegen in Deinem Verantwortungsbereich.
- Du erledigst kleinere Servicearbeiten an Uhren (Armbänder adaptieren, Batterien wechseln etc.).
- Allgemeine, administrative Bürotätigkeiten gehören selbstverständlich in Deinen Aufgabenbereich inkl. der Reklamationsbearbeitung via SAP.

**Was Dich dafür auszeichnet**:

- Du verfügst über erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Kundendienst.
- Eine kommunikative sowie aufgeschlossene, kundenorientierte Ansprache zeichnen Dich aus.
- Erfahrungen mit dem MS-Office-Paket, insbesondere Excel, Word und Powerpoint sowie SAP und bestenfalls Sales Force wünschenswert.
- Du hast eine Vorliebe für technische Neuheiten und Tools.
- Du besitzt verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Bei der Arbeit gehst Du es lösungs
- und zielorientiert an.
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Selbstmotivation um Dich ständig weiterzuentwickeln.
